Super easy apricot biscuit fudge slice



This is the perfect slice to make when you are short on time or just really in need of a quick treat!

Ingredients
125g butter
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 tin sweetened condensed milk
250g crushed plain biscuits
1 c chopped apricots



Line and 18 x 18cm baking pan with baking paper.

Heat the condensed milk, butter and sugar in a saucepan stirring until the butter is melted.



In a large bowl combined the crushed biscuits and roughly chopped apricots. Make a well.

Pour the liquid into the dry ingredients and mix together until combined. Spoon into the prepared pan and smooth the top with the back of a spoon. refrigerate for 20 minutes.


Once set, cut into cubes and enjoy!

 ps. this task is make much easier if you have a cute helper like this one ;)
